Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging).
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please email us at order@chakkifarm.com If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
If an order is canceled within 1 hour of placement, the payment will be fully refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need a different product, the quickest way is to return your item first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
