At Chakki Farm, your satisfaction with each purchase is our priority. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, our return policy is here to assist you. Please note, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide Evidence

Upload clear photographs showing the damage or defect. The images should clearly depict the issue with the product.

3. Return Shipping

After receiving your return request, we will arrange for a pickup service in most areas. If your location is outside our pickup zone or if we cannot arrange a pickup, we will inform you and ask you to handle the return shipping at your own expense.

4. Packaging

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. This helps us process your return more efficiently.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are subject to the condition of the product and adherence to our return policy.

6. Incorrect Orders

If you ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or process a replacement, depending on your preference.

We strive to provide excellent service. However, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly. You will need to send the product to the manufacturer’s address. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty service or alter warranty terms at their discretion.
